Free Affiliate Trick: Get 1st Page Top Rankings at Google in 24 Hours - Competitive Keywords!

Recently I stumbled across a little trick other affiliate marketers are using to dominate google rankings for very competitive keywords like product names and reviews.
They were using google groups pages, particularly this one group:
https://groups.google.com/g/mozilla.dev.platform
It is free to join and post to. There's no moderation and open to everyone. So expect quite a bit of spam in this group, but so many of these posts are getting ranked #1 at google in 24 hours.
Anyways, I made a video for more info about this if interested:
